Scrambled Eggs Croissant
Ingredients :
- croissant
- 1.5 tbsp toastaria creamy mushroom spread
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup of milk
Instruction :
- Firstly, let prepare scrambled egg, crack eggs into the bowl, pour 1/2 cup of milk and whisk until throughly combined
- Preheat the pan, brush a skillet with olive oil or butter, warm the skillet over medium heat
- Pour in the egg mixture, let it cook undisturbed for a few second then gently fold and stir the eggs until the eggs are mostly set
- Cut croissant in half and spread with creamy mushroom
- Add avocado, tomatoes, scrambled eggs and season with pepper
