Scrambled Eggs Croissant

Ingredients :

  • croissant
  • 1.5 tbsp toastaria creamy mushroom spread
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup of milk

Instruction :

  • Firstly, let prepare scrambled egg, crack eggs into the bowl, pour 1/2 cup of milk and whisk until throughly combined
  • Preheat the pan, brush a skillet with olive oil or butter, warm the skillet over medium heat
  • Pour in the egg mixture, let it cook undisturbed for a few second then gently fold and stir the eggs until the eggs are mostly set
  • Cut croissant in half and spread with creamy mushroom
  • Add avocado, tomatoes, scrambled eggs and season with pepper
  • Enjoy!!
