Mushroom Stir Fried Toast
Ingredients :
- champignon mushroom, sliced
- 1 tbsp toastaria creamy mushroom spread
- baby rocket
- olive Oil
- grilled bread
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instruction :
- Heat up the pan with olive oil
- Grill the bread until crisp and brown, set aside
- Add sliced champignon, stir until browned and cooked through
- Toss some pepper, add baby rocket in last minute
- Spread grilled bread with creamy mushroom, top with stir fried champignon & baby rocket
- Add a little more pepper
- Enjoy!!
