Mushroom Scrambled Egg Toast

Ingredients :

  • bread
  • 1 tbsp toastaria creamy mushroom spread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instruction :

  • Prepare scrambled egg, crack eggs into the bowl, pour 1/2 salt and whisk until throughly combined
  • Preheat the pan, brush a skillet with olive oil or butter, warm the skillet over medium heat
  • Pour in the egg mixture, let it cook undisturbed for a few second then gently fold and stir the eggs until the eggs are mostly set
  • Toast the bread until crisp and brown then spread with creamy mushroom
  • Top toasted bread with scrambled eggs and toss some pepper
  • Enjoy!!
