Mushroom Scrambled Egg Toast
Ingredients :
- bread
- 1 tbsp toastaria creamy mushroom spread
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instruction :
- Prepare scrambled egg, crack eggs into the bowl, pour 1/2 salt and whisk until throughly combined
- Preheat the pan, brush a skillet with olive oil or butter, warm the skillet over medium heat
- Pour in the egg mixture, let it cook undisturbed for a few second then gently fold and stir the eggs until the eggs are mostly set
- Toast the bread until crisp and brown then spread with creamy mushroom
- Top toasted bread with scrambled eggs and toss some pepper
- Enjoy!!
