Mushroom Carbonara

Mushroom Carbonara

Ingredients :

  • spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp toastaria creamy mushroom spread
  • 2 egg yolk
  • hams
  • champignon mushroom, sliced
  • parmesan cheese
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • parsley
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instruction :

  • Bring a pan of water to the boil and season with salt
  • Add spaghetti and stir it gently until all the strands sink beneath the water level
  • Cook following spaghetti pack instructions (approximately 8-10 min.)
  • After spaghetti is perfectly cooked, drain the water off and set aside
  • Let's prepare egg yolk mixture by mixing egg yolk, creamy mushroom spread, pepper and parmesan cheese together, stir until mixed
  • Add olive oil to skillet followed with champignon mushroom and hams, stir until fully cooked
  • Add spaghetti and egg yolk mixture to skillet, turn off the heat to prevent egg scrambling, whisk until egg yolk mixture fully coat spaghetti
  • Toss some parmesan cheese and parsley
  • Enjoy!!
