Creamy Mushroom Tacos
Ingredients :
- 120g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp toastaria creamy mushroom spread
- 3 tortillas
- 1/2 avocado
- lemon
- coriander
- tomatoes, halved
- sliced shallots
- 2 tbsp sweet corns
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instruction :
- Season chicken breast with salt and then oven at 200°c for 20 minutes or until fully cooked
- Cut chicken breast into small pieces
- Mix all ingredients together including creamy mushroom spread
- Warm tortilla according to their package instruction
- Place all mixed ingredients on top of each tortilla, toss some pepper, salt and coriander, squeeze the lemon
- Enjoy!!
