Cheesy Spinach Egg Benedict
Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 tbsp toastaria cheesy spinach spread
- 1 english muffin, halved
- 2 hams
- grilled vegetables
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instruction :
- Brush the vegetables with olive oil to coat lightly and then grill on medium heat pan for 5-8 minutes
- Fill medium-size pot with 4 inches of water, heat until boil and then reduce the heat until it reaches a simmer
- Add vinegar to the pot, crack the egg gently and cook in simmering water for 3-5 minutes
- Toast english muffins until it turn golden-brown
- Top toasted english muffin with ham, poached egg, cheesy spinach and season with pepper
